Albert (Bert) Henderson, Jr., Evansville, Ind., passed away February 16, 2016 on his 37th Wedding Anniversary, after a long battle with cancer. He worked for Hamrick's Diesel Services for 27 years. His hobbies were Auto bodywork, Nascar, and spending time with his family. Bert is survived by his wife of 37 years, Becky; son, Danny (August), grandkids,; son, BJ (Trish), grandkids, AJ, Desi, Blake, Haley, Lamonte, Kyle; his mother, Nancy Henderson; (preceded in death by his father, Albert D. Henderson, Sr.); brothers, Chris, Jerry (Lynn); sister, Erika (CL) Beasley; nieces and nephews; uncle, Junior Hayes; best friends, Rhonda Cook, Stan Baize, David Cobb, Matt Bittner, Momma D, Doug Jacobson; and his faithful dogs, Amber, Bella, and Sache. A special thanks to Doctors Terrance Alvey & nurse, Shannon; Mark Browning & oncology nurses; Todd Burry & Katie Rush. St. Mary's Diabetic Clinic, St. Mary's 5th & 6th floor cancer unit nurses, St. Mary's Home Health Nurse Tina Wilson, Heart to Heart Hospice Care & Staff; and Kathy from Touch. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 7 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Ind., (812) 424-9288.
