Angela Dawn Skelton

Angela Dawn Skelton, 51, of Evansville IN passed away on Thursday September 17th 2026 at Linda White Hospice House in Evansville, IN. She was surrounded by the love of her family.

Angela Dawn (Thomason) Skelton was born on August 5th, 1975 in Evansville to her parents, Lewis and Pamela Thomason. Angela developed a big love of sports, and even made it to state championships twice for fast-pitch softball in high school. After high school, she attended university for a while and then pursued a wide variety of interests. She also met and married her beloved husband, Brad Skelton.

Angela loved traveling with Brad, spending time with her family and her cats. She will be remembered as being funny, full of life, and a wonderful person to be around.

Angela is survived by her husband, Brad Skelton; her parents, Lewis and Pamela Thomason, brother, Nathan Thomason; best friends; Merica Allen and Mandi Heavrin; her treasured fur babies, Bella and Bailey; as well as so many extended family members, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25th 2026, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes Simpson Chapel 510 W Jennings St. Newburgh IN 47630. A visitation will be held in Angela’s honor from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., also on Friday September 25th 2026 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes Simpson Chapel in Newburgh IN. Burial will take place at Bates Hill Cemetery in Yankeetown, IN immediately following Angela’s celebration of life.
