Barbara L. Green, 80, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Woodmont Health Campus in Boonville, IN. Barbara was born to Preston and Luella (Susott) Arendell on July 5, 1934. She was a 1952 graduate of Elberfeld High School. She worked at the Elberfeld State Bank for 32 years. Barbara was a dedicated Tecumseh fan and loved all sports. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion “Bud” Green; sister, Doris Besing. Barbara is survived by son, Mark (Ellen) Green; daughter, Paula (John) Rexing; grandchildren, Joshua (Lauren) Green, Zachary (Amber) Green, Amber (Brad) Lattner, John Ryan (Jessica) Rexing, and Abbie (Tim) Haas; great-grandchildren, Brody, Elijah, Easton, Alivia, and Faith; sisters, Bonnie (Larry) Ziebell, Gail Arendall; brother, David Arendell; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Woodmont Health Campus and Gentiva Hospice. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, September 8, 2014 at Zion United Church of Christ, 165 Elm St., Elberfeld, IN. Reverend Janet Buente will officiate. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 pm. to 8 p.m., Sunday September 7, 2014 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, 2nd. & Elm Sts. Elberfeld and on Monday 9 a.m. to service time at the church.
