She was born in Elkins, West Virginia on March 10, 1947 to the late Melba Jean (Timberlake) and Raymond L. Helmick. She is survived by daughters, Melissa Mortis and Paula Cox both of Evansville; sons, Paul E. Mortis of Evansville and Raymond L. Mortis of Owensboro; siblings, Rosemary, Trisha, Ricky, Bobby, and Gary; five grandchildren. There are no services at Titzer Family Funeral Homes.
