Brenda Jean Harris of Evansville Brenda (Hubbell) Harris, 58, died Monday March 25, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital. She was born March 30, 1954 in Evansville to Calvin and Sylvia (Yates) Hubbell. She attended Harrison High School. Brenda loved all animals. Her first job, at 15, was at an animal shelter in Florida. She said good-bye to her Fur Babies, Rudy, Freddy, and Elmer. She was a dealer in antiques and collectibles and formerly owned Flashback and The Specialty Store in Evansville. To know Brenda was to love her. She had many Dogster and Facebook friends from all over the world. She is survived by her husband of over 30 years, Ken; daughter, Brandi Rhodes Riedford (Bryan); grandson, Dane; mother, Sylvia and step-father, John, all of Evansville. The family would like to thank the Deaconess staff for their loving care. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, Brenda would want donations made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society or Evansville Animal Control. Titzer Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
