Clara A. (Bosse) Taylor, 94, of Elberfeld, Ind., passed away July 14, 2015 at home. She was born March 18, 1921 to Ernest G. and Anna (Heilman) Bosse. Clara was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was a farmer and liked gardening and quilting. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Wesley Taylor, Denzil L. Taylor; her son, Jerry C. Taylor; infant son, David Lee Taylor; sister, Martha E. Perkins; brothers, Herman Bosse, and Walter Bosse (Edna). Clara is survived by her son, Darvin J. Taylor; daughter, Jo Ann M. Watkins (Bill); daughter-in-law, Connie A. Taylor; four grandchildren, Jerry Lee Taylor, Joseph C. Taylor (Dana), Larry Wayne Small, Billy J. Watkins; five great-grandchildren; cousins; nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Wilma Bosse. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, July 17, 2015, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Ind., (812) 983-4211. Rev. Kirk Horstmeyer will officiate. Burial will follow in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church and/or to Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
