Surviving: wife, Tamara; children, Holly Kay, Brian, Patricia Garrett and Robin Scott; several grandchildren; sister, Lois McAlister. Pedeceased by parents, Ray and Mary Jane Felstead and sister, Charlotte Costello. Memorial service: 2pm, visitation: 1pm, Saturday, Januray 30, 2016 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, 100 E Columbia St, Evansville (812) 424-9274.
