David Wayne Case, 55, of Mt. Vernon, Ind., died May 14, 2019 at Deaconess Hospital. He was born November 1, 1963 to Charles and Linda Case. He worked construction and was of the General Baptist faith. He is survived by his mother, Juanita Slygh; brother, Larry C. Case; and several nieces and nephews. There are no services and burial will be at a later date in the care of Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel @titzerfuneralhomes.com
