Donald Eugene McRoy, 68, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at home surrounded by his family.Don was born in Geneva, KY on February 5, 1946. He worked as a cook. Don enjoyed a good cup of coffee and watching wrestling on T.V. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Don is survived by; sons, Eugene McRoy, Duck (Kristina) McRoy and Berry Stone; daughters, Brenda (Daniel) Attebery, Jenny McRoy and Crystal McRoy, all of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Ashley, Josh, Michael, Malena, Justin, Breanna, Danielle, Mandy and Lynda; great grandchildren, Gideon and Serenity; former wife and mother of his children, Linda Floyd; former wife, Joan McRoy. Don was preceded in death by his father, Leo McRoy, mother, Margaret Gibson and a brother, Clinton McRoy. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday May 8, 2014 at Oak Hill Cemetery. Titzer Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family.
