Gilbert “Bob” Mills

Gilbert L. Mills, 59 of Newburgh IN., passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at home. He was born July 30, 1962 in Elizabethtown KY. to the late Gilbert E. Mills & Flora Mae (Ferguson) Cart. 

He loved being a Shriner & Mason. He also loved his Grandchildren.  Gil was a chapter Dad for Demolay.

Gil is survived by his wife of 28 yrs., Pamela (Abshire) Mills, brother, Dewayne Mills (Rebecca), sisters, Debbie Perry and Tina Hunter, his children: Scott Mills (Blanca), Patrick Mills (Hillery), Sharon (Mills) Smith (Brandon), plus many adoptive kids and grandkids, sisters-in-law: Jinny (Rick), Sandy (Jimmy), Tera Abshire, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Audi Mills.

A funeral service will begin at 7 PM, Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville IN. 47711, (812) 424-9288, with a walk thru and masonic service beginning at 6:45 PM.  Friends may visit with family beginning at 5 PM on Friday. Burial will be at later date.

In lieu of flowers the family would like contributions to be made to the funeral home.
