James Fuquay of Evansville, Ind. James Fuquay, 94, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Woodlands in Newburgh. He was born January 2, 1918, to Julius C. and Grace (Neff) Fuquay. He worked some 42 years at the Evansville Newspaper, retiring in 1978 as a Foreman in the Composing Room. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Troy Fuquay; and a son-in-law, Bill Winstead. Surviving is his wife of 72 years, Anna Kathryn Fuquay; son, Jon Fuquay (Lois); son, James M. Fuquay (Dee); daughter, Doris Jean Winstead; 8 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Woodlands and Southern Hospice Care for their exceptional care. There will be no services or visitation. Arrangements are in the care of Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St, Newburgh, Ind., (812) 853-8314.
