James R. Yancey, Jr., 68, of Evansville, Indiana passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. He was born on December 8, 1953 in Evansville, IN to James and Rose (Helfert) Yancey, Sr.

James retired from Alcan. He is survived by his wife, Amanda (Bell) Yancey, 9 children, several grandchildren, mother, Rose Yancey, sister, Susan, and many others that loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Yancey, Sr. and brother, Dan Yancey.
