James "Rup" Rupright of Evansville, Ind. James "Rup" Ottry Rupright, 60, passed away, January 23, 2013, at his home. He was born July 3, 1952, in Battle Creek Michigan to Cecil Gordon and Betty Jean (Birge) Rupright, Sr. Rup worked at Wolfe's Auto Auction for 21 years. He loved to fish, hunt, target shoot, and play pool. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Cecil G. Rupright, Jr.; and sister, Mary Alice Rupright. Rup is survived by his sisters, Esther J. Lindsay of Evansville, Donna Kazi and her husband, Rafique, of Victorville, California; niece and her husband, Heather and Clifton Dardeen; nephew and his wife, Ervin (J.D.) and Debby Baker, all of Evansville; and several other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 6 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2013, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Ind. (812) 424-9288.
