Jeffery L. Powell, 51, died Jan. 31, 2012 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Rita; children, Amanda and Zachary Powell; grandchildren, Mason, Brysen, Lilly, Cam, Trey; father, Les Powell; step-daughters, Stephanie Neal and Miranda Effinger. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Powell. Services at 11:30 am, Sat. Feb.4, 2012 with visitation 1 hour prior at Titzer Family Funeral Homes~Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
