Joseph B. Borst, Sr. of Evansville Joseph B. Borst, Sr., 60, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born in Evansville, March 3, 1952 to the late Leroy K. and Margaret E. (Minton) Borst. He graduated from Reitz High School. For many years he worked part-time as a driver for O'Reilly Auto Parts on First Ave. and was a Frog Follies enthusiast. He is survived by his wife Laurel; one son, Joe Borst, Jr.; two granddaughters, Hayley and Allison Borst; Laurel's children, Marlin Wheeler (Grace), Tim Wheeler; three sisters, Judy, Rose, and Pat Borst; brothers, Mike Borst (Linda), Bobby Borst, Russell Borst (Mary Jo), and Leroy Borst; half-sister, Ethel Debwroski; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Brenda Borst. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. with services at 6 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, Ind. (812) 424-9288.
