Judith “Judy” A. (Brandsasse) Gibson, 81, of Elberfeld, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at St. Vincent Evansville. She was born August 1, 1941 in Evansville, IN to the late Henry and Mary Margaret (Sizelove) Brandsasse.

She attended and graduated from Mater Dei High School. She worked at and retired from PPG after over 30 years. Judy loved her family and dog(s) more than anything.

Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving wife, Mom, Nana, and friend. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bill Gibson of Elberfeld; daughter, Tracy Woods (John) of Elberfeld; son, Brian Browning (Kaci) of Oakland City; grandchildren, Brittni Browning, Haylee Woods , and Lukas Woods ; three great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kolt, and Jayda Hess; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers, Bob, Tom, and Bill. She will be deeply missed by many.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes Volkman Chapel, 200 Elm St, Elberfeld, IN 47613 with Pastor Rick Gooden officiating.

Friends may visit from 4:00 until 6:00 pm on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Titzer Family Funeral Home, Volkman Chapel and on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 10:00 -11:00 am.

Memorial contributions can be made to any local humane society or Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
