Kimberly Ann (Frye) Blake, 48, of Elberfeld, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Charlier Hospice Center at Deaconess VNA Plus. She was born on June 29, 1967 in Spencer, IN to Archie and Maxine (Stinson) Frye. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. Kimberly is survived by her husband, Drew; daughter, Mandi Schulz; son, Tim Schulz; granddaughter, Piper Margerison; mother and step-father, Maxine and Bill Helenburgh; brother, Randy Frye (Lu Ann). She was preceded in death by her father; three granddaughters, Maddie, Marley, and Harper. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, IN (812) 983-4211.
