She is survived by brother, Jay Baker (Lana) of Dycusburg, KY and niece, Paula Baker of Evansville and preceded in death by parents, Jim and Bette (Smith) Baker. Services at a later date. Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel is assisting the family.
