Survived by son, James Earl Bartley; sister, Joyce Ann Kirk, step-sister, Mildred Willett; 3 grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin 11 am, Tuesday, funeral service at 1 pm at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St, Evansville.
