Lois Faye (Hill) Long, 79, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at her home. She was born October 28, 1936 in Clay, Kentucky to Charlie R. and Beulah (Woodring) Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur; siblings, Charlene, Earldean, Libby, Judy, Denzel, and Wesley. Lois is survived by her daughter, Fayetta Cowan (Gay); siblings, Peggy Hurst, J.D. Hill; grandchildren, Maranda Oxhandler (Cale), Jennifer Cowan-Blake (Michael); great-grandchildren, Kade and Avery Oxhandler, Emma Cowan, Isaac, Andrew, Owen, and Elliott Blake. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, Ind., (812) 424-9288. Rev. Peck Axton will officiate and entombment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
