Mark George Compall

How does one sum up the life of someone in a paragraph or two? Mark George Compall was born to Mark and Nancy Compall on February 12th, 1962. A local boy, he attended Harrison High School and then earned a degree in Industrial Maintenance in 1982 from Ivy Tech. Mark married Barbara in 1982. Together they raised sons Stephen (Olivia) and Sean (Andrew), in both of whom he always felt great pride. Happily, Mark was able to retire while in his fifties, becoming an investor and poor tree farmer. He was able to indulge in things he enjoyed, a few being said farming, riding his motorcycle, and getting together with his friends over coffee. His greatest joy though was his family... every one of them. His was a life well-lived. He cared not only for his own but for others as well, not just with words but through actions. Truly the best of men.
