Marvin M. Miller

Marvin Michael Miller, 82, of Chandler, IN, passed away, in the company of his beloved family, on Saturday December 15, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. Marvin was born on May 28, 1936 to the late Andrew M. and Rosalie (Weber) Miller. He was a farmer all of his life. Marvin is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Lou (Bryant) Miller; a daughter, Michelle (Miller) Howard; three grandchildren, Andrew, Aaron and Taylor Howard; his nephews, Dennis (Karen) and Wayne (Donna) Miller, who farmed with him all of their lives, and numerous other nieces and nephews who will lovingly remember him as Uncle Mikey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Andrew (Short) Miller, Leonard Miller, Leo Miller, Richard Miller, and Rita (Miller) Shekell. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd. Newburgh, IN. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN (812) 853-8314.
