Neil Wayne Chase

Neil Wayne Chase, 54, Of Newburgh, IN, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.  Neil was born December 24, 1963 in Evansville to Joanna (Joseph) Chase and Melvin Leroy Chase.

Neil graduated from Castle High School in 1982.  He was a co-superintendent at Rose Hill Cemetery.  Neil was a member of Chandler United Methodist Church.

He loved his family, football-especially the Minnesota Vikings; bowling, Ford Thunderbirds, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Duke Blue Devils basketball.

Neil was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Chase; his wife’s parents, Robert and Dora Williams.

He is survived by wife of 30 years, Laurie; his daughter, Lindsey Elizabeth Chase; his son, Justin Joseph Chase; his mother, Joanna Chase; sister, Cheryl Brown; brother, Randy Chase (Linda) all of Newburgh; numerous in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins.  He is also survived by his grand kitties, Binx, Jade, Qtip, Butters, and Fuzzwad.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, November 5, 2018 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
