Norma H. (Johnson) Rhinerson, 79, of Newburgh, Ind., passed away February 21, 2016 at Oasis Dementia Care. She was born April 21, 1936 in Eureka, Ind., to Robert and Rinda Lena (Taylor) Johnson. She worked as a cashier for Key Market in Newburgh. Norma attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She was a member of the Warrick County Democrats and worked the polls every year. Norma was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 62 years, James Earl Rhinerson; daughter, Jeana Rhinerson; a grandson, Brian Sivolella; and three brother and three sisters. She is survived by her six children, Tony Rhinerson (Karla), Debbie Rhinerson, Janet Jenkins, Rinda Rhinerson, Steve Rhinerson (Connie), Misty Rhinerson (Kenny Kimbell); nine grandchildren, Amanda Sivolella, Aimée Ames (Scott) , Christopher McKenzie, Lindsey Gish, Jonathan Jenkins (Courtney), Chelsea Nichols (Kyle), Skyler Engelmeyer, Shelbie Mushrush, Payton Kimbell; eight great-grandchildren, Emilée, Kaiden, Keegan, Jaxon, Kylee, Rhieland, Oliver, and Hailee. The family would like to thank the staff at Oasis Dementia Center in Evansville. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Ind., (812) 853-8314. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, and 10 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
