Pamela June Warren

Pamela June Warren passed away on February 17, 2024 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. She was born October 18, 1959 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Pamela, affectionately known as PJ to her friends and family, brought warmth and joy to all who knew her. 

Pamela was a woman of many passions. She found delight in the simple pleasures of freshwater fishing, visiting with friends and family around a campfire, listening to her favorite musicians, and watching racing. She felt most at peace by the water, whether by the river or relaxing on the beaches of Florida. 

She was loved and cherished by her husband, Benjamin Warren Jr., her sons John (Tabby) Caddell, Daniel Caddell, and Brenton (Celeste) Warren, and grandchildren Devon, Elijah, Kendall, John Ryder, and Taylor. Pamela was a beloved daughter to her parents Hazel Allen and Herbert VanVleet, and devoted to her siblings Cathy (Darren) VanVleet-Cole, Mark VanVleet, and C.W. (Jennifer) VanVleet, among several nieces and nephews. 

Her brother Skip VanVleet, preceded her, and now she joins him in eternal rest. 

Honoring her final wishes, there will be no public services or viewings. Pamela’s remains will be cremated and her ashes will be lovingly dispersed in her favorite places. 

Pamela’s memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of her family and friends. Her kindness, laughter, and the beauty she created will continue to inspire and comfort those who knew her.
