Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 28, 2021 with a Rosary service at 7 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN (812) 853-8314 and on Thursday morning, 10 a.m. to service time at the church

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 29, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church

Paul L. Martin, age 88, of Newburgh, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at his son’s home in Evansville.  He was born in Newburgh on May 16, 1932 to the late Louis F. and Jennie (Colvin) Martin.

Paul served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a faithful member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh. He was a very proud recipient of the Brute Award.  In his later years, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Pat.

Paul was preceded by his parents, his first wife, Lois (Elmer), and his wife of 52 years, Pat (Brennan), 2 Sisters and 5 Brothers. 

Survivors include: 1 Sister, Aileen Jeffries,  9 children; Daniel, Gerard (Rebecca), Paula Ringwald (Mike), Vicky Hime (Scott), Lawrence (Karen), Tom (Angela), Barb Ringwald (Charlie), Vince (Kim), and Jim (Karen); 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 29, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd. Newburgh, IN., with entombment to follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Mausoleum with full military rites.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7  p.m., Wednesday, April 28, 2021 with a Rosary service at 7 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, IN (812) 853-8314 and on Thursday morning, 10 a.m. to service time at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Paul to the Honor Flight of Southern Indiana, St. John Living Legacy, and/or Newburgh Area Food Pantry.
