Ramona Lee Tollefson

Ramona Lee Tollefson, 67, of Evansville IN passed away at her home on September 12th, 2026.

Ramona was born in Indiana on September 18th, 1958 to her parents Malcom and Joyce (Morrison) Sanders. After high school, Ramona went to university and pursued a lifelong career as a registered nurse; she also started a family.

Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Malcom and Joyce (Morrison) Sanders; her brother, Malcom Sanders Jr.; and her sister, Karla Sanders. She is survived by her sons, Sean (Tonya) Tollefson, Josh (Rebecca) Tollefson, and Jamie (Alisha) Tollefson; grandchildren, Xavier, Mac, Seth, Kinslee, Shane, Mia, Nate, Riley, and Marleigh; her sister, Theresa Judson, and niece Erica Weaks.

The burial will be private, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville IN. A celebration of life will be held later. Condolences may be made to Ramona’s family on the Titzer Family Funeral Homes website.
