Richard Gerard Beck

Richard “Gerry” Gerard Beck, 79, of Newburgh, IN passed away on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

Gerry was born on September 6th, 1948, in Philadelphia PA to his parents, George and Mary (Curran) Beck. After graduating high school, he pursued a long and meaningful career as a service technician in the automotive industry. He met his wife, Mary (Whitlock) Beck and started a family, and his greatest loves in life were his family and bicycles. Gerry was very loved and will be greatly missed.

Gerry was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Mike Beck. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary (Whitlock) Beck; his loving children, Jeremy Beck, Micah Beck, and Jessica Beck; grandchildren, Xander Beck, Ayla Beck, and Juniper Stasse; siblings, Mary DeMarco, Betsy Doyle, Judy Malloy, and Joe Beck; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services in Gerry’s honor will be held privately at a later date.
