Rickey D. Goldman

Rickey D. Goldman, 67 of Newburgh passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. He was born on April 17, 1956, in Harrodsburg, KY to the late Donald Wayne, and Virginia B. (Steele) Goldman.

Rickey graduated from Fern Creek High School, and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Evansville in 1986 where he met his wife.

Rickey enjoyed coaching his children and was an avid sports fan of the University of Louisville, Cincinnati Reds, and Indianapolis Colts.

Rickey is survived by his wife, Winona Goldman, son, Matthew Goldman (Bryanna); daughter, Lauren Flamion (Goldman) (Shane); grandson, Rhett Flamion; sisters, Gloria Cheak (David), Lisa Smith, Karen Stallion (Dean); brother, Kevin Goldman (Leslie); lifelong best friend, Benny Spalding (Dianne); and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 10am, Friday May 5, 2023 at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, IN 47630.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 4pm to 7pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Warrick Humane Society, or a charity of your choosing.
