Robert "Bob" K Morris, 92, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Heritage Center.

Bob was born in Elberfeld, Indiana on March 6, 1928 to the late Bertha (Koch) and Robert F Morris. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a member of the Elberfeld American Legion. He graduated from Evansville College, and worked as an industrial engineer for Whirlpool Corporation. Bob enjoyed his retirement years playing golf and traveling. Bob was a loving father with a positive attitude throughout his life and will be missed.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Susie Wilder and Linda Gelhausen (Dave); stepdaughter, Pam Majors (Mark); grandchildren, Amy Wilder, Jill Wilder, Dan Wilder, Rob Gelhausen and Heather Manion (Jeremy); step-grandchildren, Joshua Majors (Stephanie) and Mallory Sherfield (Brandon); and 7 great-grandchildren.

Bob was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Mossberger Morris; his second wife, Jeanne Morris; and his parents.

Bob’s family would like to thank the nurses, aides, and staff of Heritage Center for their compassionate care for Bob. A private memorial service will be held at Nobles Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of the flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Parkinson Foundation.
