Robert Eugene Pickard, of Evansville, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at The Heart Hospital. Born in Lebanon, IN on November 1, 1945 to the late Herman and Mary Pickard. He was an Army veteran and a self-employed carpenter. Survivors are son, William of Fort Sill, OK, and daughter, Mary Spataro of San Angelo, TX; brothers, Jerry and David; ten grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the VFW #1114, 110 N Wabash Ave., Evansville. Titzer Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family.
