Rosalie Stone, born August 3, 1932, in Evansville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 surrounded by her loving daughters.  Rose was a graduate of the Academy of the Immaculate Conception, Ferdinand, IN and started her career as an Executive Secretary at Mead Johnson, where she met and later married Donald Ray Stone.  They were married for 50 years until Don’s death in 2004. Rose was the heart of our family and a truly special person, a friend to all who knew her.

Rose is survived by her daughters, Kim Stone, Sarasota, FL, Brenda (Mark) Neidig, Evansville, IN, and Marianne (Chuck) Coney, Newburgh, IN; granddaughters Chantelle (Robert) Halling, Lori (Ryan) Bootz, Georgia (Max) Fitzgerald, and Lauren Coney; great grandchildren Jayla, Jason, Jolan, Kendall, Parker, Preston, and Porter; brother Ronald Hall.  Rose’s family was the focus of her life, and she will be missed beyond measure.

Special thanks to Dr. Melinda Jackson and her staff for their compassionate care, and to Heart to Heart Hospice for their remarkable staff and services.
