Rosella J. Schlageter

Rosella J. "Rose" Schlageter, 91, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Heritage Center.  She was born on March 27, 1925 in Evansville, to  Clem and Mathilda (Stratman) Niemeier.  She attended Memorial High School and was of the Catholic faith.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sylvester "Tony" Schlageter; sons, Robert and James; sister, Agnes Kanzler; son-in-law, Roger Herwig; granddaughter, Paula Herwig.  Survivors include daughter, Charlotte Herwig; grandchildren, Matthew Herwig, James Boullie, and Lori Benningfield; great-grandchildren, Samuel and Sydney Herwig, and Nicholas Cunningham.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Meyer Chapel, 100 E.
