Rosemary E. Stratman, 92, of Elberfeld IN passed away on Wednesday October 8th, 2025 at North River Rehab facility.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 15th, 2025 at Titzer Family Funeral Home Volkman Chapel 2nd and Elm Streets in Elberfeld IN. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 16th, at 10:00 a.m. at Zion UCC in Elberfeld IN, with burial to immediately follow at Zion Cemetery also in Elberfeld IN.
