Sabra "Drew" Burger

Sabra Burger, age 90, of Evansville, IN went to meet Jesus on Monday, December 27, 2021. She was born April 3, 1931 to Winston and Juanita Irene (Sevier) Rose in Sullivan, Indiana.

The loves of her life were her husband, maternal grandparents, cousins of mother's family, her son Greg and daughter, Susan. Sabra enjoyed teaching and the word of God and last but not least Jesus. She graduated with Honors from University of Evansville, and taught over 30 years in Elementary Education for the Evansville School Corporation in Evansville, IN.

Sabra is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. "Bob" Burger, father and mother, son, Gregory, and daughter, Susan.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Donna; grandson, Nathan (Erin) Burger; granddaughters, Christine (Will) Halsne, and Sarah Blandford, great grandchildren; Isaiah, Cayson, and Brooklynn.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM. on Monday, January 3, 2022 with visitation beginning at 12/noon at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, IN 47711 (812) 424-9288. A private burial will be held at Memorial Park in Evansville, IN.
