Sally Mae Treadway, 89, of Evansville, IN. passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. She was born on May 18, 1924 in Rockwood, TN to the late Rebecca (Collins) and Thomas Leffew. She is survived by her two daughters, Rose Mary Murphy, of Tennessee, Kathy Schapker of Evansville; three sons, William Trenton Treadway of Evansville, James Edmond Treadway of Dublin, OH, Richard Eugene Treadway of Columbia, MO; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William B. Treadway and her siblings. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday December 31, 2013 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St. Evansville, Ind. (812) 424-9274. Dr. Jack Eberhardt will officiate with burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2013 and on Tuesday, 9 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
