Sally Dickerson Goodall, 83, is in Heaven now, she passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015, at Select Specialty Hospital. She was born November 28, 1931 in Paradise, Muhlenberg County, KY, to Arie Cox and Otto Dickerson. She loved gardening, flowers, reading, playing softball, working puzzles, baking, and spending time with her grandkids. Sally worked for the Warrick County School Corp and attended Centenary GB Church in Yankeetown. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Beatrice; brothers, Harlon, Ray, William (Bill), Lawrence; grandsons, Shawn and Jeremy Clark. Sally leaves behind her husband of 65 years, Lawrence Goodall; five children, Paul, Linda Amos, Patty Clark, Rita Hulsey (Scott), Laura Oldham (James). Nine grandkids, Brad, Tim, Shari, Tracy, Tara, Jarod, Brandon, Lauren, and Devin. Twelve great-grandkids; siblings, James (Shorty), Carroll Dickerson, Frances Burke; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Newburgh Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Ind., (812) 853-8314. Pastor Gene Koker will officiate and burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Hatfield. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m., Monday and 1 p.m. to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
