Surviving are his children, Samuel Fischer, Yvonne Herrmann, Chris Fischer; brother, Paul; 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild. Visitation is Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 11 a.m. with services at 1 p.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd. & Elm Sts. Elberfeld and burial in Zion Cemetery.
