Sara Suzanne (Johnson) Colvin Sara Suzanne "Suzi" (Johnson) Colvin, 75, of Evansville, passed away Thursday December 27, 2007 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born February 11, 1932, in Evansville to Fred and Lolita (Moore) Johnson. Suzi was a 1949 graduate of Bosse High School, and for many years was an active member of the reunion committee. She attended Indiana University. On November 10, 1950 she married Robert C. Colvin. She was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the First Christian Church of Evansville. Suzi had a great interest in English history, enjoyed arts and crafts, was a great mom and doctors wife. Suzi is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dr. Robert C. Colvin; daughter, Beverly Price and Bruce of Evansville; sons, Thomas and Yolanda, Nolanville, TX, Timothy and Natalie, Newburgh, James and Mayra, Newark, CA; grandchildren, Bob and Michael, Florida, Katie and Nicholas, Newburgh, Christopher, Sara and Thomas, California, Juan Ayala, II, Texas; two great- grandchildren, Juan Ayala, III and Marco Ayala; sister, Ruth Winters, Evansville, sister-in-law, Julia Colvin, of Sarasota, Florida; one niece and three nephews. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2007 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Simpson Chapel 510 W. Jennings St. Newburgh, Indiana. Pastor Jerry Clark will officiate, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2007 and on Monday 9 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Deaconess Hospice.
