Terri Lynn (Mitchell) Moore, 51, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. She was preceded in death by father, Gilbert Mitchell and sister, Marcia Boberg. Terri is survived by husband, Tom Moore, Jr.; mother, Marcella Evans; brother, Mark Mitchell; nieces and nephews. A special thanks to all of the caregivers at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. There are no services. Arrangements by Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Meyer Chapel.
