Terry Lynn Blair

Terry Lynn Blair, 63, of Slaughters, KY, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.  He was born April 24, 1955 to Byers Virgil and Margurite Louise (Farmer) Blair.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kevin Dean Blair.

Terry is survived by his children, Tera Calhoun (Kevin), Bryce Blair; life partner, Elizabeth Cherry; grandchildren, Trenton and Clayton Bayer; and siblings, Becky Stangl, Roger Blair.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W.
