Theresa Ann Miller, 56, passed away April 2, 2014 at Westpark Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Evansville August 3, 1957. She is survived by a daughter, Wendy Ann Miller; grandchildren, Angel and Joshua Miller; brothers, Donald, William and Paul David Ellington. Services will be at a later date.
