Tim was born on September 14, 1978 in Evansville IN.

He is survived by his fiancé, Clarissa Harris and their son, Cyrus, mom & dad, Kathy & Steve Barnett, uncles, Kenny Mitchell, Gary Mitchell, aunts, Rhonda Gerbig, Brenda Jeffries, nephews, Nathaniel Queen, Ayden Stanton, nieces, Savannah Boberg, Toni Shelby.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Mitchell, uncle, George Mitchell, grandparents, Beverly Hayes, Bobby Mitchell, Jack & Minnie Mitchell.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
