Virginia M. (Seiler) Kaiser, 90, Newburgh, Ind., passed away, Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Hamilton Pointe. She was born, December 4, 1925, at home in Evansville, to Joseph and Elizabeth (Hormuth) Seiler. She graduated from Memorial High School in 1944. Virginia was homemaker and a former owner of the Homestead Restaurant in Newburgh. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ralph E. Kaiser; siblings, Alfred V. Seiler, Marcellus Seiler, Veneta Gajdos (Albert), and Apolonia Seiler. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth W. Kaiser (Dorothy) of Newburgh, Gregory R. Kaiser (Nancy) of Rockport, Gerald W. Kaiser (Donna) of Newburgh, Kevin J. Kaiser (Jamie) of Boonville; grandchildren, Travis Kaiser (Kala), Tessa Strauser (Barry), Craig Kaiser (Tricia), Brandon Kaiser, Wendy Isacc (Jason), Maureen Barton (Nick), Kris-Ann Tapp (Jared), Jacob Kaiser (Julia), Shelby Johnson (Nick); great-grandchildren, Jesse Deneke, Alec, Jaret, Lilah Strauser, Jordan, Sidney, Kora, Dagan, Addison, Madelyn, Will, Kate, Eli Kaiser; several nieces and nephews, and special niece, Sandy (Gajdos) Williams. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Friday, June 24, 2016, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Rd., Newburgh, Ind. Burial will follow in St. Rupert’s Catholic Cemetery in Red Brush. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Thursday, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 E. Jennings St., Newburgh, Ind., (812) 853-8314. Additional visitation will be Friday, 9 a.m. to mass time at the church Sympathy wishes may be shared at www.titzerfuneralhomes.com. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Rupert’s Cemetery Fund.
