Warren Cecil Moore, 86, of Newburgh, IN passed away Monday, February 13, 2023, at home. He was born on January 27, 1937, to the late Cecil and Evelyn (Johnson) Moore.
Warren was in the United States Navy from 1956-1960. During the 1960’s he was the town mayor of Buffalo, IA and worked 28 years as the shift supervisor at Alcoa, Newburgh.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Joyce Ann, two sons: Kevin Moore, and Warren “Robby” (Pamela) Moore, four grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren, and one great- great grandchild.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents, infant son, Lonny Dean Moore, and son, Rodney Moore.
Warren’s wishes are to be cremated and private burial will be held at a later date at Rosehill Cemetery in Buffalo, IA.
