William L. Hebner, 85, passed away, Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at home. He was born April 24, 1928, in Evansville, to Leo William and Effie (Owens) Hebner. William was a conductor for the CE&I Railroad. He was preceded in death by his parents; his second wife, Mae (Lefler) Hebner; and his third wife, Flossie Eudora (Mitchell). William is survived by his daughter, Gail Ann Campbell (Greg) of Charlotte, NC; son, Steven M. Hebner (Kathy) of Monroe, Oregon; his companion, Geraldine Seibert; his friend, Henry Scott; granddaughters, Audrey D. Hebner, Jennifer, Heather, and Misty.
